STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY

We use state of the art German orthopedic technology for both casting and manufacturing of custom orthotics.
It's a 3-step process:

  1. Orthotics are designed virtually from a 3D scan of your feet.

  2. Orthotics are milled using a precision CNC milling machine.

  3. Lastly, the orthotic is ground manually to match the shape and contours of the patient's footwear to ensure a perfect fit on the same day!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

1.5 - 2 hrs appointment time. Bring workboots/casual shoes.

- Assessment by Chiropodist/foot specialist.

​

- 3D laser scan and evaluated by our highly trained pedorthists.

​

- Orthotics are designed and manufactured while you wait.

​

- Leave the same day with your custom made orthotics tailored to suit your individual needs.
